Enrolment Form

Proof of residence within the home zone will be required in the form of a current electricity account. It must be your intention to reside within the Rototuna Primary School zone for the duration of your child/ren's enrolment.

Ideally we like to receive enrolments for children turning 5 years old approx 6-9 months ahead of time.

Please complete the following forms and return to the school office or email them to: reception@rototunaprimary.school.nz

The Cybersafety/Internet form will need to be completed at the school office when you arrive.

If your child will be an International Fee Paying student, please contact the office directly.
