For 2025 the Board of Trustees has made the decision to accept out of zone enrolments for students who are turning 5 years of age in either 2025 or 2026 and starting school for the first time.

Please follow these steps to complete the enrolment process:

Check that you are living within our Enrolment Zone:

Please familiarise yourself with the following checklist which outlines the documents you will need to include in your online enrolment. You will be asked to upload the following documents:

NZ Citizenship: you can verify this by uploading a copy of your Birth Certificate, Passport or Citizenship Certificate
Verify your Non-NZ Citizenship: you can verify this by uploading a copy of your Passport and Visa

Please upload a copy of a current Electricity account in your name
If you have recently moved into the zone, please upload a copy of your Rental Agreement or a copy of a Sale and Purchase Agreement
If you are using a Rental Agreement or a Sale and Purchase Agreement, you will need to follow this up with a copy of the Electricity account in your name for the address

Please upload a copy of your child's immunisation certificate

As you fill in the online enrolment form, you will be asked to provide:

Consent for Cybersafety: Device Use, Internet Use and Image Permission
Further information via a Supplementary ELL Enrolment Form if any language other than English is spoken in the home
